HT Polymer for Viscosity Increasing and Filtration Reducing PAN-Vis
Product Description
PAN-Vis is a high temperature resistant polymer viscosifier, prepared through inverse emulsion polymerization method based on molecular design theory and model concept. It exhibits excellent stability at high temperatures, withstanding up to 200 ºC. In various soilless drilling fluids, PAN-Vis demonstrates good viscosification, shear enhancement, and filtration reduction effects without the need for additional additives. Additionally, PAN-Vis can enhance temperature resistance and suspension stability in conventional drilling fluids under high salinity conditions while improving filtration control under high pressure and temperature. Depending on the type of salt and its concentration, the recommended dosage ranges from 2% to 10% (v/v).

Features
1. PAN-Vis has good suspension carrying capacity in bentonite free drilling fluid, and the system can be weighted with limestone powder and barite powder.
2. PAN-Vis has excellent high-temperature stability. Temperature resistance up to 200 ºC.
3. PAN-Vis can be used in conventional drilling fluids to increase viscosity and reduce HTHP filtration.
4. PAN-Vis has wide applicability and can be used in various salt water drilling and completion fluids such as KCl, NaCl, CaCl2, etc.
5. PAN-Vis has good HTHP filtration control ability.
6. PAN-Vis has excellent viscosity increasing effect. Viscosity retention rate > 80% after 180 ºC/16h aging.
It is a liquid packaged in 50L, 200 L, 1000L drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation
