Audited Supplier PAN-Vis is a kind of high temperature resistant polymer viscosifier, which is prepared by emulsion inverse polymerization method based on molecular design theory and model concept. PAN-Vis has excellent high-temperature stability. Temperature resistance up to 180 ºC, and the viscosity retention rate exceeds 80% after hot rolling 180ºC/16h. PAN-Vis has good viscosification, shear enhancement and filtration reduction effects in a variety of different soilless drilling fluids without any other viscosification and filtration reduction additives. For example, fresh water, various concentrations of NaCl salts, NaCl and KCl complex salts, various concentrations of CaCl2 salts and formates, etc. The bentonite-free drilling fluid prepared by PAN-Vis has a good suspension bearing capacity, and the system can increase the weight of limestone powder, barite powder and other materials to meet the requirements of high-density drilling construction. PAN-Vis can also be used in conventional drilling fluids to improve temperature resistance and suspension stability under high salinity conditions, while enhancing the high-pressure and high temperature filtration control of drilling fluids.
Depending on the salt and concentration, the recommended dosage is 2%-10% (v/v).
It is a liquid packaged in 50L, 200 L, 1000L drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation
