The PD-100 is utilized to eliminate foam in water-based drilling fluids. This effective deformer is derived from organic silicon agent, dispersing agent, and various active agents after undergoing high temperatures. It possesses strong adhesive properties and deforms by creating a new liquid film on the surface of the foam. Additionally, it can withstand temperatures up to 200 ºC, making it suitable for use in deep wells. PD-100 can be added to all types of water-based drilling fluids with a recommended dosage of 0.7-3.0 ppb.
