1. The PAN-Vis additive is a polymer viscosity enhancer and filtration reducer, designed using molecular design theory and model concept, produced through the inverse lotion polymerization process. It exhibits high temperature resistance with a maximum tolerance of 180 ºC, while maintaining over 80% viscosity retention after hot rolling at 180 ºC for 16 hours. PAN-Vis demonstrates excellent performance in increasing viscosity, shear strength, and reducing filtration in freshwater, various concentrations of NaCl saline solutions, composite saline solutions containing NaCl and KCl, different concentrations of CaCl2 saline solutions, formate saline solutions, as well as other soilless drilling fluids. No additional additives are required to achieve these effects. Furthermore, when used in bentonite-free drilling fluids prepared with PAN-Vis, it imparts exceptional suspension carrying capacity allowing for system weighting using materials such as limestone powder or barite powder to meet the requirements of higher density drilling operations. Additionally,PAN-Vis can be incorporated into conventional drilling fluids to enhance their temperature resistance and suspension stability under high salinity conditions while improving HTHP (high temperature-high pressure) filtration control ability.
The recommended dosage range for PAN-Vis varies from 2% to 10% (v/v), depending on the specific salt type and concentration.
It is a liquid packaged in 50L, 200 L, 1000L drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation
