Product Description
The DACP for drilling fluid is a heteroglycan cellulose derivative, which is obtained by optimizing various natural plant gums and cellulose through processes such as alkylation. It possesses the physical and chemical properties of both heteroglycan and cellulose, making it an environmentally friendly drilling fluid additive with multiple functions including filtration reduction, lubrication, inhibition, and rheological adjustment. The linear macromolecules composed of cyclic polyhydroxy molecular structural units enable it to exhibit superior performance in filtration reduction, inhibition, and lubrication in water-based drilling fluids. The recommended dosage of DACP is 3.0-5.0% (w/v), while at a dosage of 10.0% (m/v) in water-based drilling fluids, it exhibits self-gel plugging effect.

Features
1. DACP-1 has many functions, such as filtration reduction, lubrication, inhibition, rheological adjustment, etc. The solid-free drilling fluid prepared by it has stable performance and convenient maintenance.
2. DACP-1 has good thermal stability and has a temperature resistance of 120 ºC.
3. DACP-1 is non-toxic and easy to biodegrade, and it is an ideal additive for the preparation of double protection (reservoir protection and environmental protection) drilling and completion fluids.
4. DACP-1 has strong ability of salt and calcium pollution resistance, and can be used to prepare solid-free drilling and completion fluids weighted with various inorganic salts.
Package and Storage
They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.
Safety
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with clean water.
Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
