Nano-Polymer Sealing Additive for OBM OMP-1

Product Description

OMP-1 is a micro-nano polymer plugging agent designed specifically for OBM. It effectively reduces filter cake permeability, minimizes HTHP filtration, and enhances shale borehole stability. The extremely small size of the micro-nano particles enables them to penetrate into frictional gaps, fill grooves and cracks, reducing surface roughness and decreasing friction efficiently. Additionally, the long chain structure of OMP-1 contains both hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups with emulsifying properties that improve demulsification voltage of OBM and contribute to overall system stability. The recommended dosage ranges from 7.0 to 15.0 ppb.

Features
