Product Description
DACP-1 for drilling fluid is a kind of heteroglycan cellulose derivative, which is prepared by optimizing a variety of natural plant gum and cellulose, through alkylation and other process modifications. It has the physical and chemical properties of heteroglycan and cellulose, and is an environment friendly drilling fluid additive with multiple functions such as filtration reduction, lubrication, inhibition, rheological adjustment, etc. The linear macromolecules composed of cyclic polyhydroxy molecular structural units make it perform better functions of filtration reduction, inhibition and lubrication in water-based drilling fluid. DACP-1 can be used to prepare solid-free drilling and completion fluids weighted with various inorganic salts, meeting the needs of safe drilling and reservoir protection. The recommended dosage of DACP-1 in solid-free drilling fluid is 10.0- 17.5 ppb. When DACP's dosage in water base drilling fluid reaches 15.0 ppb, it has self-gel plugging effect.

Features
DACP-1 has many functions, such as filtration reduction, lubrication, inhibition, rheological adjustment, etc. The solid-free drilling fluid prepared by it has stable performance and convenient maintenance.
DACP-1 has strong ability of salt and calcium pollution resistance, and can be used to prepare solid-free drilling and completion fluids weighted with various inorganic salts.
DACP-1 has good thermal stability and has a temperature resistance of 120 ºC.
DACP-1 is non-toxic and easy to biodegrade, and it is an ideal additive for the preparation of double protection (reservoir protection and environmental protection) drilling and completion fluids.
Package and Storage
They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.
Safety
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with clean water.
Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
