EP Lubricant for High Density Mud HEP-1

 

HEP-1 is an ester-based lubricant designed to enhance the lubricity of drilling fluids under high temperature and salinity conditions. The addition of metal bonds to the HEP-1 molecule results in a more durable adsorption film on the surface of drilling tools, thereby improving its lubricating effect under extreme pressure. It is an exceptional EP lubricant with a recommended dosage range of 7.0-10.5 ppb.

1. Good lubricating property to be used in directional, horizontal and other complex wells.
2. Perform better lubricating property under high-density and high solid content condition, applicable to maintain lubricity of high density drilling fluids.
3. Perform well up to 200 ºC, can be applied in deep wells or ultra-deep wells.
