PAN-Vis is a polymer viscosity increasing and filtration reducing additive with high temperature resistance produced by inverse lotion polymerization process through molecular design theory and model concept. PAN-Vis has a temperature resistance of 180 ºC and a viscosity retention rate of over 80% after 180 ºC/16h hot rolling. PAN-Vis has good viscosity increasing, shear increasing, and filtration reducing effects in freshwater, various concentrations of NaCl saline, NaCl and KCl composite saline, various concentrations of CaCl2 saline, formate saline, and other soilless drilling fluids, without the need for other viscosity increasing or filtration reducing additives. The bentonite free drilling fluid prepared with PAN-Vis has good suspension carrying capacity, and the system can be weighted with materials such as limestone powder and barite powder to meet the requirements of higher density drilling construction. PAN-Vis can also be used in conventional drilling fluids to improve the temperature resistance and suspension stability under high salinity conditions, while also enhancing the HTHP filtration control ability of the drilling fluids.
According to different salts and concentrations, the recommended dosage of PAN-Vis is 2% -10% (v/v).
It is a liquid packaged in 50L, 200 L, 1000L drums. International packaging may vary. And they shall be stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation
