OBM Filtration Loss Reducer OFC

Product Description

OFC is a blend of oxidized asphalt and humic acid amide, which effectively mitigates fluid loss in oil-based mud (OBM). OFC serves as an optimal filtration control agent for water-in-oil or oil-based drilling fluids. The recommended dosage ranges from 10.5 to 17.5 ppb.

Features

1. Reduce the filtration loss of OBM effectively.
2. Has little effect on the rheological properties of OBM.
3. Stable performance under long-term (72 hours) hot rolling.
4. Good thermal stability (up to 200ºC), and is suitable for drilling deep wells and super-deep wells.
5. Compatible with other OBM additives well.

Package and Storage

They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.

Safety

They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with clean water.
