 Polymer for Drilling Fluid Filtration Reducing DSP-2

Product Description

DSP-2 is synthesized from AM, AA, AMPS and a new ring structure of cationic monomer under the effect of the initiator through many multi-step polymerizations. It can reduce the API and HTHP filtration loss, improve the quality of mud cake. DSP-2 is suitable for fresh water, seawater, salt water  drilling fluids. The temperature resistance of DSP-2 is up to 200 ºC, and it can be used in deep well and ultra-deep well drilling fluids. The recommend dosage is 3.0 - 5.0 ppb.

Features

Good capability to reduce filtration loss with low dosage.
Perform well up to 200 ºC, can be used for deep and ultra-deep wells.
Resist salt to saturation. It can be applied in freshwater, saltwater, saturated saltwater and seawater drilling and completion fluids.
It can increase the viscosity effectively in freshwater muds and increase the viscosity slightly in saltwater muds
Good compatibility.

Package and Storage

They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.

Safety

They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with clean water.
